- Build and manage the account farming team from scratch or improve existing processes
- Create and maintain stable flows of farmed accounts for media teams
- Control costs, quality, and efficiency of farming operations
- Negotiate and manage relationships with sellers and providers
- Track key farming metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance
- Coordinate with media buyers and tech department for integrations
- 3+ years of proven experience in Facebook account farming
- Strong understanding of all farming stages: buying, linking, proxies, cards, warm-up, and risk control
- Experience working with account sellers, card providers, and proxy vendors
- Hands-on experience with anti-detect browsers (e.g. AdsPower, Dolphin, Indigo)
- Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripts for farming processes
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team (2–5 people)
- English and Russian - working proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-account automation or AI-based farming tools
- Understanding of traffic arbitrage, cloaking, or affiliate marketing processes
- Mentoring/Team Lead work experience
