We are looking for an experienced Traffic Compliance Manager to oversee the quality and profitability of web traffic. In this role, you will monitor traffic sources, prevent fraud, and build scalable compliance processes that ensure performance and transparency across all channels.

Daily challenges and tasks
Key knowledge and skills

  • Traffic Quality Monitoring

    • Daily analysis of active publishers and traffic performance

    • Margin evaluation by traffic source

    • Segmentation of sources based on effectiveness and quality (white/blacklists)

  • Fraud Detection & Control

    • Design and continuously improve internal anti-fraud systems

    • Detect and block fraudulent clusters, including emerging threats

    • Configure and apply fraud filters using both in-house and external tools

  • Process Optimization & Automation

    • Develop and implement compliance procedures, including pre-check and post-check workflows

    • Build alert systems and analytical dashboards in collaboration with BI teams

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with media buyers, webmasters, and account managers to identify and resolve traffic violations

    • Establish structured testing processes before scaling traffic sources

  • 3+ years of experience with web traffic (SEO, Webmaster, QA, Web Analyst, or Web Integrator roles)

  • Strong understanding of web traffic quality, fraud detection, and compliance best practices

  • Experience with Google Analytics and SEO principles

  • Solid knowledge of HTML and web development fundamentals

  • Familiarity with RTB processes and DSP/SSP architecture is a plus
