And for this, we host a Welcome Day at our office in the center of Warsaw — a format designed to help newcomers quickly “build the full picture”: how EVADAV is structured, what products and directions we have (including media buying training and more), who they will work with and how collaboration happens, where key materials are located, and what rules and processes guide our internal work.
